
This sensible approach helped to build up strong working relationships with our clients producing a “Secure Partnership”, a principle and standard still continuing to this day. It is this belief in quality customer service that has allowed the company to develop into one of the regions leading security providers.
With the foundations laid, John started to expand the company by recruiting personnel with military and police experience, people who have formed the backbone of the company ever since. It was also time to diversify the range of services available. Mobile Patrols, Keyholder Response and Event Management, including Stewards and Corporate Hospitality were all added to the range provided.
To be successful the company needed to be accredited by industry governing bodies. Quality Assurance procedures were put in place to achieve this and are still followed to this day. You can view these accreditations by clicking here.
The company had now grown from the original 2 employees to nearly 300 and it was not about to stop there. Electronic Security was next, including Intruder Alarms, Access Control and in particular CCTV with monitoring. With an experienced Technical Director now on board from another large independent security company the time was right to relocate.
The company invested in new custom built premises, incorporating our own 24-hour monitoring station and control room, built and operated to BS 5979: 2007. This complex is now fully operational and we welcome all existing or prospective customers to come and see for themselves how good it really is.
