The control room is also linked to Protector Control Station, our CAT II ARC and technology hub, which will support Offices when required. Data collected by the control room and Protector Control Station can be used for auditing purposes. Time and date logs mean if there is a discrepancy with a load, we can investigate and use the information as evidence if required.

Via SMART (Security Manager and Resilience Tool), we will streamline your processes and procedures into one central hub to increase operational efficiency, and provide structure and communication to managing incidents, ultimately saving time and money. This coupled with our incident data mapping software will ensure you remain resilient to risks which may hamper operations.

Patrols and audits using Protector Ranger

As part of their daily routine, officers will perform patrols using Protector Ranger.

Officers scan tags which have been allocated to your site which details the patrol required. This means each patrol is bespoke to that location and time of day. Electronic tagging means a patrol can be updated online any time and from any location meaning an officer will always be performing the correct patrol. The report will then be available online and sent to pre-designated respondents, and can be used for auditing purposes.

Vehicle and personnel searches

You will be assured of your site’s integrity as we train our officers to ensure they perform both vehicle and personnel searches to industry requirements.

To ensure you remain compliant, they will also be trained in detecting personnel who may be under the influence and unfit to work.

Managing access and egress

Your site will remain secure through our robust and compliant procedures. Via the control room or Protector Control Station remotely, we will effectively manage access and egress to your site. Officers are trained to perform thorough searches before personnel and vehicles enter your site to ensure site safety and integrity. If a vehicle has pre-booked in and provided the correct documentation, drivers can be given access codes for quick site book on to enable a quick and smooth process. For auditing purposes, ANPR will provide you with an inventory of vehicles which have been on site and will alert the control room of unauthorised vehicles.
